Steve has worked for more than 17 years in the media business in senior management. Steve has spent more than a decade in key VP/Director roles at high profile companies including Discovery Communications & World Wrestling Entertainment.

His account experience extends across more than 500 clients, which includes deep relationships within all of the movie & entertainment industries. Having worked with high profile media assets within Television, Print, Digital, Outdoor & Events, Steve has unparalleled knowledge of creative marketing tactics. Steve brings his leadership experience with leading dynamic teams to profitability.

Myron Molotky

President & COO
President of XFC and a Member of the Board of Directors. A former athlete with 20 years plus expertise in business consulting and ownership of multiple automotive groups.

As a former athlete, Myron understands the athlete’s journey, which is their desire to reach the highest level in their respective sport. This aspect allows Myron to culturally and intellectually connect with each of the XFC fighters. As a result, one of Myron’s main responsibilities is recruiting and signing fighters to the XFC roster. Myron is also responsible for the XFC Social Responsibility project and has been instrumental in its growth, which reaches out to under privileged children or children with medical needs. Social responsibility growth through the XFC brand has been a directive from the initial launch of the XFC brand. Under Myron’s guidance, the XFC Social Responsibility initiative has been recognized internationally as a meaningful gesture of generosity and care for children.

Eduardo Duarte

MatchMaker
Eduardo is an MMA specialist with over 20 years involved in the development of the sport from street no rules fighting to what is the mainstream sport of MMA today. Natural of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Eduardo was part of the birth of MMA having trained – and graduated Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2001 - competed and organized many MMA and related Jiu Jitsu tournaments, challenges, events, seminars/workshops and many other activities related to the Sport of MMA.

Eduardo has, for the last 8 years, been a leading piece in the development/expansion of MMA and Jiu Jitsu throughout Latin America where he has coached, trained, refereed, organized competitions and events as well as sanction the first MMA competitions in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Cosa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Eduardo’s experience in the MMA world comes to expertise in all aspects of the disciplines present in the sport. His knowledge and practical experience in many different aspects in the MMA industry, together with his college background in Business Administration, present a high level professional as MMA matchmaker and fighter relations expert.

Randy Szenas

Vice President of Operations
With 20 years plus experience in operations, sales and client relations.

Randy provides the leaderships and management of XFC’s day to day activities essential to producing and execution of XFC domestic and international presence. He oversee all vendors, support staff and ground teams in the United States and Brazil for XFC and TV partners. From 1992 to 2003, Randy was also key member of the of Excel Telecommunications, a direct marketing company selling communications services.

Randy also owned and operated several business including several Sports Fitness Clubs.

Jose Luis Sanchez

SVP of XFC International
Jose Luis was director of the U.S. business office for MIdem, MIPTV and MIPCOM, the world’s Entertainment and Music markets in Cannes, France. Director of Development for COMIC CON New York. Jose manages government relations in LATAM with ProMexico, ProColombia, Apex Brazil and US Commerce department.

Jose Luis has spent much of his career with the BBC where he rose to become Vice President of BBC Latin America. He was a key contributor to their growth and expansion in US Hispanic and Latin American region. Jose worked some of the major networks in the world including British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC/Disney) A&E Television and Discovery Networks. His clients included major regional broadcasters such as HBO, Univision, Telemundo, Televisa (Mexico) and Globo TV (Brazil).
